I've asked this question before, and been told that to integrate animation would require a HUGE,all-encompassing change in how the code is written. It's not a "drop-in" type of feature or something that can be handled in a plug-in. Thus, this certainly wouldn't be something to expect in "the next version", if at all.
I'm hoping someone might correct me and tell me that it's coming soon ![]()

Hey Andy correct me if I am wrong, but I thought at one point you were planning to put in animation. Believe me I understand it is no simple task. Just curious if that is still planned.

![]() The next addition is one that is actually been asked for more - better subdivision-surface support. This has been implemented and should be going into alpha soon. |
