since this is a WIP. The bike is far from complete. I've got textures left to create for tire tread and othe components. There is no chain or gears, no carburators, no clutchline, brakes, etc.
![]() The other vehicles are stock models from the DarkMATTER collection of DarkBASIC. |

Here is an updated image. Still learning how to use AC3D. So, this is my first work with this tool. There is a lot of texturing left to do,plus there are still some missing pieces on the bike.

Here is the start of one of the initial jump locations; Guthrie, OK. This is being constructed from satelite imagery, and photos of buildings in the city. I am then using the photos as textures for the buildings. So, all of the imagery is real, not geometry. It's looking very scary... :-)

The bike doesn't yet have any materials or textures applied to it. It's still a WIP. But, yes, it looks a little bland at this point compared to the scenery. :-)

Hello all, here is an updated photo of the town from within AC3D with a few overlays from Photoshop CS2. It's coming along nicely.

Nice work! Now it needs some park benches for people to watch.

thanks Lisa,
Actually, I'm going to add some bleachers in the large empty parking lot that you can see in the overhead pic posted previoulsy. The jump will take place in the street in front of that parking lot. But, you will be able to ride around town warming up. :-) |
