Help on transparency
How come when i draw 2 boxes one black and the other one gray and then alter the gray color (bottom right on the colors, left click and then edit material.) and change the transparency. when i see trough the gray/tranaparent box i cant see the black one when it sould be right after it. Like an eclipse where theres the camera in a stright line with the gray box in the middle and then the black box. while seeing trough the camera all i see is the gray transparent box and no black box after it, just the background
thank you! |

Deja Vu all over again I had the same experience and found that by deleteing a surface and hitting CTRL-Z to put the surface back (you may have to do it on both side before it works. Andy said thats the way it works.

transperent objects must be drawn last. (they blend with everything drawn before them.)
select your transperent object(s) and goto Tools>Hierarchy veiw... right-click on the hightlighted object name, and select "move to tail" --Philip |
