Maybe play around with your cockpit rear bulkhead?
See if you can get the outer fuselage facets less noticeable there? I think its the inner shadow that makes them stand out like that. It all looks go good that the eye is drawn to little issues like that.

Bryce is not that kinda modeler. Sure, if you know what you do you can make quite advanced models, but its not posible to export it as anything useful. So in that sence its a waste of time.
