LOL, that's impossible, Transwarp is infinite speed, and at infinite speed you occupy all places at once and have no control in deceleration, meaning you'd probably rip yourself to pieces! (Forget that Voyager episode where they reached that point, even Braga says that shouldn't even be considered Canon). I'd say it's more likely that it was caught in a Subspace highway like the enterprise in ST:V, was sucked into a wormhole in the center of the galaxy and spewed out somewhere else. Wait...that's part of my series...
