i looking for any kind of metal skins on starships (texture or surface? also free downloads too..

Reflective metal skins would be something from a raytracer. Try downloading PovRAY, it's a free raytracer and isn't too hard to use if you can stand looking at thousands of lines of code.

ok thanks.. um last night i was test for load texture but i dont understand why can not use surface> load texture ? because i want small each surfaces on sphere.
object> load texture is full cover whole on sphere. i dont want it. show me how? thanks.. |

There was a feature somewhere that tiled the texture onto each surface, but I don't remember what it was. If I find it I'll let you know. Until then the best advice I have is to manually manipulate the surfaces in the TCE.

i looked to manually manipulate the surfaces in the TCE. i dont see appear surface> texture nothing on. it's limited only object> texture that it. i was disppointed ahhh you know..

USSWINGER: If the textures you are gone use are not to big, then I would have open them in a paintprogram and placed all textures in one picture and exported it as one jpg. Then I would have loaded that jpg onto the object and just choosen one surface at a time and draged and resized the surface to the right place on the texture.
