Interesting picture - suggest you select a few surfaces and combine them.
For booleans - to prevent the triangulation happening, try not to make holes in single polygons e.g. if you cut a cylinder through a box, you'll get triangles. If you cut it out of a block (arranged so that the cylinder doesn't intersect with just one surface) - you'll get a cleaner result. |
