Hello everyone,
Just wanted to drop a quick "Hello" first as a new member in this forum, I have tried the demo of AC3D and, what to say, was convinced and registered ![]() I mainly do 3D graphics for fun, sometimes for little illustrations. So I am far from beeing a professional, but willing to learn a lot -- So concerning my first question. I like to use PovRay as my main render engine. So I do export the models, from AC3D into a pov-file. However when I render this file straight, the camera view is somehow changed - what was in the middel of the 3D view in AC3D is now in the upper right corner etc. I havenīt found anything in the manual. So what I am doing wrong? Is there another/better way to set the camera view for a PovRay export? All the best Robert Last edited by Robert_K; 15th May 2007 at 06:01 AM. Reason: mistake in the text |

yep, thats a big problem with the current exporter
![]() the only thing u can do is to move the objects a bit around and then render again.... |

The camera angle should be more accurate if you position in walk mode before exporting to .pov.
