sample objects online anywhere?
Is there a place where you can download sample objects (either ac or 3ds format)? I am interested in finding a sample object depicting the typical coronary artieries around the human heart.

Try Turbosquid. Medical models are hard to come by though, especially free ones. Most are very expensive. There is a visual human project sponsored by the US NLM \ NIH where you can get high-resolution raw source data, although you'd have to convert it to 3D yourself as I believe all they provide are the slice scans--but it could be very useful if all you're looking for is reference images, or if you have the technical skills to convert it to a volumetric model.
