Re: Red earth
Here's the marines with each one holding a weapon. They also are Z squad members and I will make a picture with all of them later (probally when most of the game is done or not at all). I could do the enemy's weapons to but there are only two weapons and I want one to be a surprise . With the models coming to a close a demo is just around the corner . In this scene I added a light so you could see them better.

Re: Red earth
Just posting up an update. I have finished my maps and finished moving models (working on reload). When the reload motion is finished I hope to have a demo up. It shouldn't take too long but we'll see .

Re: Red earth
Just curious, what are you using in the way of animation programs and programming language?

Re: Red earth
I'm pretty sure the progam (GLbasic) can be told what to animate but if I make models for it useing the writing it will speed up. If not it didn't take me that long to do.

Re: Red earth
I've made some changes to the Dragon fly fighter. It's new design allows a fast flight, better communication systems, sensors, stronger shields and faster turning.

Re: Red earth
I've made some changes to the Scorcher fighter to. The changes to the Scorcher allow a heavy plating around the cockpit and heavy shielding around the rest of the ship. With the addition of a extra cannon and the cannons closer to the cockpit increase damage and accuracy.

Re: Red earth
This is a new fighter that I've spent more time on then the other ships. With it's creation I thought of spliting the game in two parts, space and ground. This new human fighter, the Mercery W-20. This new fighter is used as ambush units and escorts. It has advanced speed and shielding to help complete missions. It is equiped with twin machine guns that can unleash around 100 bullets per second and twin "lazer" missles. These missles are basicly small red dots that unleash a large explosion and travel at fast speeds. However it's turning is poor due to it's speed and design and it has "sweet spots" that lower the shields very fast.
