I am working on some things that i need animated. If anyone knows plugins or just software that i can get cheap that works with ac3d please post something with a site or comany name. Thanks!

Yep ! Fragmotion which is far better than milkshape IMO (even if the updates are a bit on hold these days).

Just a suggestion, rather than a personal recommendation: My son seemed to be getting along well doing animations with 'Pacemaker'.
