Export AC3D to Sketchup?
I'm working in Home Design Studio for Mac to create a floor plan for a home. Apparently the only file types that HDS will import are its own native files, DXF/DWG, and Sketchup's .skp.
I hate using Sketchup and have grown proficient with AC3D and I'd like to create some unique elements in AC3D and import them to HDS somehow. I've seen the Sketchup >AC3D one; are there any plugins that export from AC3D to Sketchup? |

Re: Export AC3D to Sketchup?
If you get an obj importer for Sketchup and export obj from AC3D,that might be the way to go.

Thanks Andy.
I've been looking for one, but not finding anything for OS X. Is there one? |

Re: Export AC3D to Sketchup?
A script should run on any platform just try a Google search for 'sketchup import obj' - lots come up.

Re: Export AC3D to Sketchup?
I did not know that. I foolishly assumed they'd be platform specific. Thanks again!
