I've got some files from Hero Forge for gaming miniatures that are, frankly, absurdly huge files.
1.8 million faces for something that is supposed to print out at 28-30mm tall. I've been trying to get AC3D to import and reduce the .stl files to a more manageable face count, but its having a LOT of trouble. To the point it pretty much locks up. Is there a way to have AC3D load/reduce/export the file via command prompt or some other way that would reduce the overhead and let it stand a better chance of success?

Switch off File->settings->Files->STL-import-optimize and it should load faster.
