There are some known issues on povray 3.6. When you try to render the model you created it won't. The only way around this is to export the file and open it from povray 3.6.

What exactly does it do? It sounds like either you don't have the command line options set right or all the render options set within AC3D.

In talking to Andy this is the only solution we found. It has an error that it cant find the valid file to render.

You might find that, of AC3D were installed in C:\AC3D instead of "program files\ac3d" it might work. I'd guess the space in 'program files' is what's causing povray to have trouble.
