Hey guys I am new to all this. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to add glowing effects around an object? Or any suggestions would be great thanks!

The only thing I could think about is to adjust the ambient in the colors.
Or you could use a match! Allen |

You could adjust the material's emissive color, but it's still not a really good method. Much better would be post-processing (in an image-editing program) or perhaps something clever that POVRay would let you do (you can make any object into a light source... I don't remember how, though).
