Its me again
i have the next problem. To show you the problem i took the tie from ac3d. I set an metal texture to the sphere of the tie. But as you can see on the picture, the texture is on the wings too! And the light is only rendered when a texture is set. I have selected the option "Use object data for Rib Files" under Settings.

Have a look at the structure of the model using the Tools->hierarchy. You may need to move the textured parts out of the main section?
I recommend creating some small rib files and looking at what's in them toi see what's happening. Even though it's wrong - it a cool picture! |
