Some lighthouses on the east side of the UK. As we'll need landmarks to navigate with, regardless of the period.
North Foreland and Dungeness.

Here is the first HM Fort, Knock John, there were a number of these in the Thames river entrance. She will have 2 x 3.7in AA guns and 2 x 40mm single Bofors, on the upper deck.

The major fort in the Thames, the Maunsell Forts, shown at high water mark. 2 x 40mm Bofors + 4 x 3.7in AA and 1 search light.
