Selecting Delay in ac3D 7.5 running on Win 10 PC
If I select a surface using the mouse-left button, it takes 4 seconds to highlight the surface in a model that consists of only one surface and nothing else. If I select away from the surface, it takes 4 seconds to un-highlight the surface.
If I re-enter my License key, shutdown the program, and then bring it back up, the surface can be selected and deselected with the mouse-left button immediately in an Orth view, but in the 3D view, it stll takes 4 seconds. If shutdown the program again and bring it back up, it takes, once again, 4 seconds to either select or deselect the surface in any view. The same thing happens when selecting a vertex or object. I used task manager to check for another program hogging the CPU, but found nothing that would account for the delay. I have checked the computer for viruses and found nothing. The same behavior occurs whether the PC is connected to the internet or not. I have also uninstalled AC3D 7.5 and reinstalled it and I ended up with the same problem. Have you recently changed the OS? You may need to install new graphics drivers. You might also try AC3D 8, which is more Win 10 compatible. If it does the same with AC3D 8, it's pretty likely to be graphics drivers.

I downloaded Version 8.0 and installed it. It works correctly and solves the problem that I was having. Thank you for your assistance.
