Sorry about the confusion - the second link is correct (scenery/tools.php) - I'll get the site cleaned up this week.

Coming soon to the plugin: bulk export. Bascially name your objects like the filenames you want and it'll export the whole workspace to multiple objects. Handy for...

- Creating a LOT of objects out of a common set of sources for scenery.
- Creating multiple parts for a plane as objects.

Both will be handy for the sim in the future.
/Ben

I dont know if anybody else had this problem with the script that deals with animation. But when you click on X-plane object properties it crashes for me.

First --- (just for clarification) -- the X-Plane plugin is located in the AC3D plugins folder. This should include 2- files ---- "XPlanesupport.tcl" and "XPlanesupportWin.p" . Unless you have a MAC then the 2nd file will be "XPlanesupportMAC.p"

Second ---- the "datarefs.txt" file must also reside in the SAME plugins folder as the above files.

The latest "datarefs.txt" file can be downloaded from the same location as the plugin.

Does your installation contain the above files, in the proper folder??

The ' datarefs.txt ' is a text file not a plugin . It is used by the AC3D ,X-Plane plugin ,when you want to add animations to the file that you will be saving as an X-Plane object.

OK

Now it depends on which version of the AC3D plugin you are using as well as which version of X-Plane.

If you are using The latest Release Version of the Plugin (not the latest Beta release) or are using X-Plane 8.64 , go to this web page and scroll down to the Dataref section and down load the Datarefs.txt that is listed. You may need to copy and paste the Dataref file that is listed and save it as a TXT file.

http://www.xsquawkbox.net/xpsdk/docs

If you are using the Latest Beta Version of the AC3D plugin you can get the
Command.txt and
Datarefs.txt

files from the X-Plane\Resources\Plugin folder

This information is contained the the 'README" file that is part of the zipped plugin file that you downloaded to get the plugin.
