Default Subdivision progress bar

It would be nice to get a progress indicator when subdivision calculation takes more than a couple of seconds. When working with very large models, this would be handy, I have a 24k vertex model that was subdivided twice, and the preview took forever to build (I thought AC3D had locked up until I realized what it was doing).

I understand that this is an excessively large single model with high subdivision --- it was the product of an Object -> Merge that I had done to export it to another app, so the results weren't permanent. But still, when subdivisions get rebuilt, it would be nice to get an indicator so I know why there's a few second delay when loading very large models...

Default Re: Subdivision progress bar

How about an abort button in case you want to give it up if it's taking too long? That would be nice too! Just put it next to the progress bar.
