How to animate?

Im totally new in this 3d world and i have try ficured how to animate 3d with this ac but i havent find the way...

I have made somehow 3d ninja guy (crappy looking) and now i want know how to animate it.

Can anybody help?

ps. sorry my bad english, i dont speak/talk or write it so well..
and HOW I CAN SAVE to different form or what ever you called. because i dont know how.
