Ok Thank you, that's was I wanted to know. So I'll try it with LWO and OBJ and see if it works (unfortunately I haven't got lot of time at the moment ).

Hy again,

Everything worked fine (done texturing in blender->exporting as .obj->import in ac3d->loaded the texture and it works)

Thanks again, I'll post my progress in here later on...
