Definitely looks good! Also, for the back view, change the blue surfaces to flat shading if you want to get rid of the dark lines.

This looks great - how does it look with a couple of levels of subdivision?

you know what andy I do not know what it looks like. I might have to reconfigure the body shape a little bit.

Just select it and press Subdiv+ a couple of times - I think it will look good.

andy I am trying to avoid subdivision on this project as I have used a boolean operation on it. I was wondering I want to fix that mistake as well. at the front of my dreadnaught you will noticed I have placed a deflector array. I want to get rid of the unwanted surfaces how do I achive this.

here you go andy my dreadnaught fully subdivided. actually it looks pretty good alls execpt for the front part. where I placed that deflector array. I achived that goal with a cylinder and boolean operation. now I have a mass of unwanted surfaces how do I get rid of those.

Looking good!

I'd recomend combining some of the surfaces together where it's going a bit wonky.

Sometimes the boolean can leave odd vertices, you may need to move these before combining.

Yeah, you'll want to refer to the inner circular surface to determine what vertices to keep and which ones to delete. And I agree, it's definitely good looking subdivided!
