Default find face by angle

Hi all,

i'm searching a tool which help me a lot for lot of cases.

i would like a tool which i pick one face and It will select me all the faces attached to this face but it stop if there is a too big angle ( the angle will be a parameter of this too)

for example, if you take the example of a box with lot of faces in each side of the boxe, If i pick one face and i use the require tool, it will select me all the faces of one side of the box, the other faces will not be selected because the angle between the face a bigger than 90 degrees. Of course the angle will be a parameter like I say.

if we take an other example: a sphere, if I use a big angle it will selected all the faces of the angle, if i use a little angle it will select me just a some faces.

As a workaround, you might use the set material by crease angle, then select by material.

I think what you've done is very similar to the plugin I would like.
