Can anyone give me better contact info for Inivis? I have sent multiple messages through their contact page, dating back to October, with no reply except the automatic "we will contact you soon" message. I am trying to transfer my product key from a mac to a pc. I no longer use a mac so I only need one computer authorized, but it wont let me transfer to the pc. I am even willing to pay the $20 for the additional computer if necessary but I cant get a reply from them to work it out.
Any direction on how to get this worked out would be much appreciated. Thank You. |

I've checked our system and we have replied to all of your messages, including sending you a replacement license key in December. The replies do sometimes get spammed - please check your spam email folders.
Sorry, it's not possible to buy additional coverage for a license from 2014. This is only possible a the time of purchasing a full license, or on upgrading a license. If you still have trouble contacting us or seeing the replies - send me a private message on here and I'll do my best to help. |
