AC3D shortcut on Linux
For some reason AC3D 8 shortcuts (launcher) don't seem to work on Linux Ubuntu or Mint, regardless of whether they're desktop or menu shortcuts, which forces me to go to the folder itself every time I want to run it.
Is this a known Linux issue and is there a trick to make it work? |

Re: AC3D shortcut on Linux
You'll need to set AC3D_HOME to point to the location where the AC3D binary resides, either globally or in a script.

Re: AC3D shortcut on Linux
Untested but something like this:
Put this in a file: Quote:
make sure it's executable (e.g. chmod +x) Then you can start AC3D by running that script. You can also make a shortcut to that script. |
