Question Cylinder Able to Thicken?

I was wondering if there is a way to thicken the walls of a cylinder? I'm making a tree truck so need some walls to the cylinder. Thanks

Well, easiest way would be to simply select all the vertical surfaces, hit the Extrude button, uncheck "Remove Original", extrude it, and then resize to however thick you wanted.

Very quick and easy way to make rings, donuts, pipes, etc.
