Default Script: set object centers

This is a small script based on one that came with a plugin from Lisa. The original plugin was platform dependent; this version uses a script only so works on Windows, Linux and Mac. The original plugin reportedly crashed on some machines/OSs which is why this one is now available.

To install it, put the file in the "scripts" folder which is inside the AC3D folder.

It adds a tools menu item "Set Object Pivot Points" and selecting this pops up a small UI which can be used to set the X, Y, Z center (same as 'Loc' in Tools->Object-property-editor) on one or more selected objects.

Default Re: Script: set object centers

Now that's what I'm talkin' about!!

Thank You!

Now if we could just add rotation to the pivot point itself.
At least I think that's what is needed to match 3DS's capability.
Within 3DS you can angle the pivot point, or rotate it 90 degrees which allows the sim to open the "door" in any direction, i.e. up/down.

But even without that option, thanks again.
