Default Scale model of the SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket

I've been using AC3D to draw some parts to be 3D printed (at Shapeways), to create a 1:144 scale model of the SpaceX Falcon 9.

I've just received the first printed parts from Shapeways.

Attached: the AC3D design (the cylinder is 25.4 mm/1" across)

And the end result printed in WSF:

Next up, the engines for the first stage.

That's 413,000 vertices for a model that's 26x26x10 mm when printed. This was the first model I drew, so I'd no idea what level of detail would be required.
