Kyushu Class Starship
I came up with a new starship design in school a couple days ago, and here's what she looks like so far. Should I keep going with it? I have a proposal for a "saucer" separation as well, it'll be the first time I ever designed a ship fully capable of that. Let me know what you think.
BTW I think I'd make her a carrier of some type.

Re: Kyushu Class Starship
Actually, I'm not sure what I'm going to do there. I'm thinking about making those disembarkation doors for an internal fighter hangar, but I still need to have a deflector dish in the main drive section. I'd use the Breen approach and make one side the deflector dish and the other side a hangar door, but I don't know how "Starfleet" that would be.
