Default Texture mapping

Hey all hopefully someone can help me with this. Let me explain as best I can. Please read my entire post before answering. I have a texture map with all the various textures I want to use on a mesh. On certain parts of the mesh I want to tile a part of the texture map over and over again. How can I do this? I know how to do it if you have only one texture, you can just select the part of the mesh you want and stretch the image out so it tiles. However you can't do that with multiple textures on your texture map. Or maybe you can and I just don't know how. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Since the texture repeat attribute is per object, you'll need to put the surfaces you want with a repeating texture to be in another object. Then you can use the same texture with the texture repeat values set.

Alternatively, edit the texture image so that the pattern repeats and you can do a direct mapping.
