Default about ".ac" format?

Can anybody help me? What are the second and third numbers in ".ac" format?, how to count them?

SURF 0x10

refs 4
1 1 0.0833333
13 1 0.166667
14 0.916667 0.166667
2 0.916667 0.0833333

The first number on the line is the index to the vertex. The second and third numbers are the UV coordinates (texture coordinates) of the vertex. Remember, the same vertex can have more than one set of UVs if it is part of more than one surface.
