Default how to make flaps animations(fowler types)

hi im not sure how to make the fowler flaps type of animation...

It's a dual animation.... it moves from fore to aft along the flap track... and it rotates along the X (wingline) axis as it deploys.

And, of course, AC3D is not an animating tool at all, unless you're using the X-Plane plug in (of which I am not intimately familiar... yet)
