From the side view select the top faces and map them.
Then hide those top faces.

Next from the top view select the leftside faces and map them.
Then hide the leftside faces.

Finally select and map the right side faces.

Be careful where each mesh is mapped onto the texture, so they don't overlap.


There's probably a better method, but that's all I can think of.

Thanks, I will give that a try. I guess I was hoping there would be a unwrap feature in the object in the uv editor without dealing with the selecting and de-selecting faces in the newest version.
