Modelling a potato chip (saddle)?
How would you guru's model a mathematical saddle - something the shape of a potato chip or dorito chip. The mathematic feature of this thin curved surface is that each point on the surface is both convex (in one direction) and concave (in the perpendicular direction). How about it? Is there a swift way to model this kind of shape?

Make an arc or spline, and "extrude along path" with another arc or spline perhaps?

That'd work, but to get the round shape, I'd recommend using a cylinder to knife the surfaces in an oval.
