Importing bg images into Ortho windows...

I just realized that v5 doesn't have the Add Image command for putting images into the background of the orthographic windows like v4 did.

I assume it's just some plug in I need to find/install (like boolean operations was) but I'm having problems locating what and where that might be...

A little help, please?
