Default Making 2 object from 1...

In the manual it says you can cut objects into pieces but it doesn't say how. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Thanks.

Default Re: Making 2 object from 1...

In Surface Select Mode, select the surfaces of an object(s) that you wish to make separate from the original object(s). They do not need to be contiguous.

Surface > Cut away object.

This will create a new object (re-name it at the bottom left).
