Default The new forum

As you may have noticed, the AC3D forum is now using a different system!

Nice! The look and feel seem more in line with the new AC3D site design.

I'm used to using other vbulletin-powered forums, so certainly no complaints about the interface --- I really like having the "New Posts" link.

Only crit so far, and it's just personal preference, I wish the message text of each post was closer to black than grey...

The avatars didn't carry across, so it's time to make a new one! (Thanks to Dennis for the model in mine!)

Nice new forum.
Only one thing : if one message could have a very light different background color than it's previous and next one ... would be perfect.

The way threads are marked as having been read has changed. If you see a green sphere, that means a new thread/message. Previously it relied on a time out, so messages that you had read, showed as unread.

A side effect of this change may be that messages that you have already read may now show as unread.

You can mark everything as read from the Quicklinks and Forum-Tools pulldown menus - select 'mark as read'.

Once you have done this, you shouldn't need to do it again (unless you really want to).
