Lightbulb Multi Materials

Being able to assign different materials to different parts of your models.

Materials can be assigned per-surface. Highlight the surfaces you want, and then while you are still in surface mode click the material palette to assign a material.

Important side note! While AC3D supports this, some export formats may not.

You referring to just the colors, I apologize I should have made myself more clear, being able to apply more then one texture on a object.

Ah. Yes, you're right, only one texture per mesh. This is common for most game engines and such, too. A work-around is to split your object into multiple meshes, and then group them so you can still manipulate it as one object.
