Default Whats wrong with this surface?

I don't get why you can see through this surface.

You can see the normal in the image, it has the same material as every other surface.

I tried setting the material again. It didn't work.

Another problem I noticed is that when using the screensaver software, it would spin this image and it seemed to shade the area just below the cockpit area darker, than it should be.

Have you tryed to delete it and just make a new surface? Looks like its the same way as the other surfaces as well if you compare the normals. But have you tryed to flip the surface? Do you see it if you set 2 sided surfaces or is it still transparent. And can you select the surface?

I have not tried deleting it and making a new surface, didn't know you can do that.

I did try flipping the normal, and setting 2 sided and it's still transparent. I can select it.

I started over, so I'll see what happens
