Default Suggestions on Modeling a Hose?

Has anyone here attempt to model a house in AC3D--I am interested in seeing what you have done if that would be ok--also, tips would be nice on how to organize such a project. Thanks!

Houses are in the main simple structures, but can get complex if you want.

This is the house design for my son, it is a rough draft, to check out the flow and general arrangements before doing any detailed designs.

I did my brothers house a year or so ago, and his has been built.

thanks, mossie--so you are working from a floor plan and then building up? My wife has this house she designed and would later want to build so i thought it would be nice to virtual build it to see how it looks.

You can work from floor plans, treat each room or space as a box, so you can texture the surfaces.
You could make a box for each room, then cut between them for the doors and windows.

ok i did something like this for theatre design back in the day only it was a hand drawn 3d grid. I really hated drawing that thing--thank goodness for computers. This makes sense, thanks Mossie!
