Default WWII Low-Poly Planes

Hi All and Greetings from Italy!

I'm using AC3D since a few months now, not so often as I'd wish due the limited spare time, but enough to produce the first few models and post my first thread.

I purchased this wonderful tool primarily to create low-poly models in .X format for a turn-based strategy game of air combat (set in WWII) that I plan to code in future (no timelines at the moment).

I thought that I may share a few pics with you all. Here follow a P-40E of the AVG, a PBY Catalina, an italian Macchi C202 and a Fiat Cr42. For the Cr42 I reused the same basic "desert" camo pattern of the '202 (yes I'm that lazy and I'm not particularly interested in total realism of the paint schemes at this stage).

The only problem I see so far is that using AC3D is so fun and easy that I'm spending all my spare time in producing models for the game rather than coding it first!

Thanks everyone for all the models you guys are showing in the forum, a real source of inspiration and some really nice pieces of art!

Comments/critics welcomed, of course!

Ciao!
