WIP: Sailor Moon

Been working on this one for a while now, mainly because there just plain doesn't seem to be a good 3D Sailor Moon out there that I ever found. So if I can't find one, I'll just have to make it myself.

I'll admit I found where someone else had made pretty darned good hair and put it up for public use, so I nabbed that for the time being. I'm not entirely happy with it so I'll probably end up remaking from scratch anyway, or at least rework the whole thing for more detail and texture, but for now its a good placeholder.
