Excellent! Very effective use of camera angles to show the full transformation, and great job of doing the transformation in steps that allows the viewer to see it all as it happens. Nice, solid modeling/animating.

The only crit I have is the way the feet appear to come out of a solid surface near the beginning, but that's a very minor point, IMO.

Would love to know what you used for the animation.

About the feet, I was too lazy to make holes in the front for the feet to slide out from, so it looks like it's going through solid material. And the program I used, stopped working for some reason, so I won't recommend it...
