Hey woody I'm still having problems with light I'm trying to get it very bright best I can do in pov ray. Everything is showing up now it's still dark though.

Try putting a dome over your scene or just create a large sphere and make sure it encompasses your scene. Flip your normals on it and make it white. You can also use the sphere as your background sky.
There is another method for lightening everything by using a global ambient setting ( forgot how to do it exactly ). You can also increase the amount of lights used in your area light, but it will slow down your rendering time quite a bit. |

I think I'm going to try the ambient lighting if I can find it in the doc, everything else shows little change unless my models are just horrible.
