Hi Sasuke,
you have a good sense of geometry.
Now, I'm "new" to 3D modelling myself, but I've just noticed one little thing on the second wireframe model :
for the exhaust, you seem to have put 2 cylinders into an another bigger one, and what's inside the bigger one has nothing to do there.
As far as I know, it affects the polycount of your model + you may have strange results if you subdivide it.
You should try to really attach the little cylinders to the big one, by snapping together some vertices ....
