Sorry - just fixed a problem which revealed itself on Macs but not Windows... Please try again.

Why are they quicktime now? The last ones were some format I could play without quicktime. Many windows users won't have QuickTime installed by default.

If you don't have it, download the player from:

http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/standalone.html

(This is just the Quicktime installer, not Quicktime & iTunes)

I do. I was just mentioning that many don't. Maybe putting that link on the tutorial-site might help...
There's a quicktime plugin for media player that I use. Don't know where I got it from, though.

Who are we listening to?
Feels a bit weird without knowing who it is, for some reason. :?

Quicktime starts, I see an opening page with a staircase and logo .... then it just sits there pretending its downloading something ...... thats in IE. In firefox ... nothing

ohhh ... and I'll guess I'll ditch my staircase tutorial.

Have you got the latest quicktime?

I had to update my Windows laptop which had 6.something but still said that it didn't need updating.
