Ideas on this?

I put together a model earlier today; returned to AC3D to put in the very last small piece (and then export model as Ogre mesh for game I am working on with others) and this is what I now get. (See below).

Now, I've had this app crash upon closing, even after just looking around at things a bit (as I'd just bought it a while ago), so I have to wonder... what's the fix for this?

Ideas welcome, so I can finish my game model, I hope.
