Project Need

I have to find someone to build me a world in X3D fast. Anyone interested? This is for a Federal Government demonstration project that will most likely lead to a LOT of work if anyone has the time.

I'm also wondering if there is a world builder similar to, say, Unreal Tournament for open standards.

I need this small demonstration project built in the next two weeks.
