Default TCE window

A simple request: can we have usual window manipulation buttons?
Beside the X "close" button, "minimize" and "maximize" buttons will be very useful, I think

In addition to that, the TCE would need a better way to export the template file than "Copy to Windows Clipboard".

Only the exact square area that contains the template information should be exported, and the size should be specified by the user (e.g. 1024x1024, 512x512, etc...).

Currently also the borders of the TCE window are exported, and the size depends on the monitor resolution, so for example, as I have a 1024 x 768 monitor, there is no way I can export a 1024x1024 template without having to resize its dimensions and losing some resolution.

Cheers
